Mighty Saguaro in Talos, at the Mighty Mart sign.

As you know, we ran a collection in memory of Owen "Mighty Saguaro" some ten months ago. The plan was to collect €200/£160 to send a wreath to his funeral. Should anything be left, we would get a mighty drawing of Mighty's favourite toons in the "Draw The World Together" program, a program where professional artists draw characters and where all the raised funds goes to charity.

Sadly, this didn't go according to plan. The collection was set up with too little time to spare to get a wreath to his funeral and the artists were too busy at Memorabilia with a gazillion other commissions that came before us.

So we decided for the backup plan: the funds, £160, was donated to Lifeblood - the thrombosis charity for research.

I would like to thank all the contributors for your generosity. It's sad that we didn't get the drawings, but I feel that this charity will honour his memory by helping others suffering from similar conditions, and maybe even save lives.

And that's the important thing, isn't it?

Going Rogue is finally here!  The gleaming city of Praetoria awaits those of us that wish to serve Emperor Cole or joining the Resistance and see his regime toppled from power. There is a whole plethora of content to see and hints of things to come if you look out for them. But this is only for our newest toons to enjoy. Our established level 50’s will have to wait their turn to walk the streets of Praetoria or stalk the deadly ghoul infested underground.

But that’s not all that has been given to us in this issue; we have the infamous Cathedral of Pain Trial that has been inactive a number of years for us to sink our teeth into team up to defeat a being like no other Rularuu!

The ability to change our morality will forever change the balance of power for the last 6 years. Heroes teamed with heroes and villains with villains; only with the co-op zones have we had the opportunity to team with those of the opposite alignment. But until now, we could never experience each others' content from a different perspective.

Going Rogue has also seen many old players return as well as new ones join the game. It’s also a great opportunity to expand the ranks of The Echelon, both good and evil sides. If you find someone looking to join a SG, point them to one of our members who can make it happen; alternatively, have them introduce themselves on the forum.

See you on the other side!
